非潜入式牙种植技术的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察非潜入式种植技术在牙齿种植中的临床应用效果。方法采用全景X线曲面断层技术,在拟行牙齿种植区域测量牙槽骨宽度、高度,明确骨质量,在黏膜切开的情况下植入ITI非潜入式柱状螺纹种植体,安放愈合基台,穿龈缝合。通过测定术前、术后1,3,6,12个月的X线牙槽骨改变,作出临床评价。结果非潜入式种植经随访3个月、12个月,除1例在植入后发生短期种植体周围发炎外,X线检查全部种植体周围骨质无明显透射阴影区,术后6个月平均牙槽骨吸收量为0.15 m m,全部种植牙健存。结论对骨质量佳的种植区域可采用非潜入式柱状螺纹种植体种植技术,手术简单,无需Ⅱ期手术,种植成功率高。
