原发性高血压患者致病原因及相关因素分析

目的分析原发性高血压的致病原因及其相关因素。方法对380例住院高血压患者采用自行设计调查表,对高血压致病原因及相关因素作调查分析。结果原发性高血压与年龄、吸烟、饮酒、遗传、体力活动少、职业紧张有明显关系,与公认的高血压发病危险因素相一致。结论充分认识原发性高血压致病因素,有利于原发性高血压预防控制策略的制订。保持健康的生活方式对预防高血压有积极的意义。

Objective To study pathogeny and related factors for hypertension hospitalization patients from 2006 to 2008.Methods 380 hospitalization patients with hypertension were retrospective reviewed by self-designed questionnaire to analze the risk factor for hypertension statistical analysis of survey.Results The factors of hypertension were age,smoking,alcohol,genetic,physical activity less clearly and occupational stress,and It was coincidence with the factors which received bu public.Conclusions Fully understand the Pathogeny factors of hypertension is conducive to hypertension prevention and control strategies.Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is helpful for prevention of hypertension.
