摘要
目的探讨高血压危象患者的急诊抢救及治疗。方法对复旦大学附属华山医院急诊收治的56例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析和总结。结果根据患者的具体病情采取相应的药物降压,血压得到控制后继续用药,同时治疗相关的并发症,患者均得到了有效的救治。结论熟悉高血压危象处理原则,加强院前急救和并发症的处理,可有效的治疗高血压危象患者,挽救患者的生命。
Objective To explore the emergency rescue and treatment of the patients with hypertension crises.Methods 56 cases collected in Emergency Department,Huashan Hospital,Fudan University of hypertension crises in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Results According to specific conditions of patients,adopt corresponding drugs to step-down blood pressure,continue to take drugs when blood pressure is controlled,simultaneously treated the associated complication,patients have received effective treatment.Conclusion Familiar with the principles of hypertension crisis,strengthen emergency rescue and management of complications,can be effectively treat patients with hypertension crisis,save the lives of patients.
