摘要
目的了解热毒宁注射液治疗小儿手足口病的疗效。方法将320例手足口病患儿随机分为两组,对照组160例予常规治疗,治疗组160例在常规治疗的基础上加用热毒宁注射液治疗。结果治疗组患儿在退热方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),在皮疹消退方面,治疗组略优于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁注射液治疗手足口病患儿疗效显著。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Reduning in the treatment of HFMD（hang-foot and mouth disease）.Methods 320 children with HFMD were randomly divided into two groups.The control group（n=160）was treated by routine therapy.The treatment group（n=160） was treated by routine therapy and Reduning.Results The abatement of fever in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.The difference between them was of statistical significance（P0.01）.The deflorescence in the treatment group wad little better than that in the control group.The difference between them wasn＇t of statistical significane（P0.05）.Conclusion It is effective and safe that HFMD is cured by Reduning,and could be used in clinic.
