鼻内镜下等离子射频消融联合手术治疗变应性鼻炎并鼻中隔偏曲疗效分析

Analysis of Curative Effect of Allergic Rhinitis Complicated with Nasal Septum Deviation by Surgery and Radiofrequency Tissue Ablation under Nasal endoscopy

目的探讨常年性变应性鼻炎(AR)并鼻中隔偏曲的临床治疗方法。方法采用鼻内镜下鼻中隔黏膜下矫正术加离子射频消融和药物分别治疗常年性AR并鼻中隔偏曲患者各56例,随访1年。结果手术组显效36例(64.28%),有效13例(23.22%),无效7例(12.50%),总有效率为87.50%;药物组显效6例(10.71%),有效30例(53.57%),无效20例(35.72%),总有效率64.28%。两组治疗有效率比较,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论鼻中隔黏膜下矫正术加等离子射频消融联用治疗常年性AR并鼻中隔偏曲,疗效显著,有较好的临床应用价值。

Objective To discuss the clinical treat method for frequent allergic rhinitics with nose separate deflects.Method56 cases were treated with the combination treatment of the diorthosis under the nasal septum mucous membrane and the ion radio frequency ablation,other 56 cases were treated with drug,followed up for 1 year.Results The treatment group,36 cases were significantly effective（64.28%）,13cases were effectual（23.22%） and 7 cases were unfruitful（12.50%） with a total cure rate as 87.50%;The medicine group,6 cases were significantly effective（10.71%）,30 cases were effectual（53.57%） and 20 cases were unfruitful（35.72%） with a total cure rate as 64.28% The total effective rates of two groups were significantly differences（P0.01）.Conclusion sSignificant effectiveness has been gotten with the combination treatment method and it has high application value in clinic.
