急性胰腺炎CT诊断的价值

CT Diagnosis of Acute Pancreatitis

目的评价CT对急性胰腺炎患者的临床诊断价值。方法回顾性分析56例经临床诊断并行CT平扫及增强检查的急性胰腺炎的表现。结果急性水肿性胰腺炎39例(69.6%),3例胰腺无明显异常,1例胰头增大,3例胰体增大,1例胰尾增大,31例弥漫性增大;急性出血坏死性胰腺炎17例(30.4%),表现为胰腺密度不均,胰周积液12例,胰周脓肿2例,6例有假性囊肿形成。结论 CT检查有助于急性胰腺炎的诊断,并能明确有无并发症,甚至还可发现病因。

Objective To evaluate the CT of acute pancreatitis in patients with clinical diagnosis.Methods Retrospective analysis of 56 patients with the clinical diagnosis of parallel plain and enhanced CT examination of the performance of acute pancreatitis.Results 39 patients with acute edematous pancreatitis（69.6%）,3 cases of pancreatic no obvious abnormalities,1 case of pancreatic head increases,the increase in 3 cases of pancreatic body,1 tail of the pancreas increases,31 cases of diffuse increased;acute hemorrhage necrotizing pancreatitis in 17 cases（30.4%） showed inhomogeneous pancreas,peripancreatic effusion in 12 cases,2 cases of pancreatic abscess,pseudocyst formation in 6 cases.Conclusion The CT examinations were helpful in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis,and can clear whether the complications,and even found the cause.
