急性静脉镉染毒对家兔心功能的影响

Effect on cardiac function of rabbits by acute IV administration of cadmium chloride

目的 观察急性静脉镉染毒对家兔心功能的影响。方法 本实验通过左心室插管的方法，用ＳＭＵＣＰＣ 生物信号处理系统搜集、处理心收缩功能指标。结果 当静注氯化镉７－５ ｍｇ／ｋｇ 体重、１０ ｍｇ／ｋｇ 体重时，观察的心收缩功能指标有明显改变：左室收缩期最高压（Ｐｅａｋ） 降低，左室舒张期最低压（ＥＤＰ）增大，左室内压上升最大变化率（ ＋ ｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ） 降低，左室内压下降最大变化率（ － ｄｐ／ｄｔｍａｘ） 升高，心室内压在５－３２ ｋＰａ 时心肌纤维缩短的速度（Ｖｃｅ ５－３２） 下降。这些改变可被静脉注射氯化钙和肾上腺素所对抗。结论 急性静脉镉染毒明显抑制心功能。

Objective To observe the effect of CdCl 2 on cardiac function of rabbits under acute IV intoxication. Methods By left ventricular intubation with SMUP PC biological signs system, indices of cardiac function were collected and analysed. Results The indices of heart contraction changed obviously during IV injection of cadmium chloride in dose of 7.5 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg respectively. In the left ventricle, the peak decreased and EDP increased. The +dp/dt max decreased, -dp/dt max increased and Vce 5 32 decreased. These changes could be antagonized by IV injection of calcium chloride and adrenaline. Conclusion It showed that acute cadmium intoxication might obviously inhibit the cardiac function.
