放射流行病学调查资料的键盘输入及其质量控制

Keyboard entry as a method of data input and it’s quality controlfor the investigated data in radiation epidemiology

目的 分析放射流行病学调查资料键盘输入质量和质控措施，提高计算机录入数据质量。方法 由两人分别进行资料的键盘录入，用ＳＡＳ中的Ｃｏｍｐａｒｅ 模块，借助标志变量ＩＤ 号实施输入数据文件与正确数据文件之间的比较分析，计算两人输入一致率及错误率。结果 文本文件大小为１０５ ９０８ 个字节，输入出现错误机率平均为１－３ ‰；两人输入完全一致的记录与正确数据文件比较，输入错误率为１－１／１０ 万；输入错误的类型主要为击错键，将无效值输入为有效值，以及将有效值输入为无效值。结论 选择科学的数据录入方法，设计数据审核程序以及规范数据预处理步骤，可以保证调查资料的真实性、准确性和完整性。

Objective The data of keyboard entryfrom aradiation epidemiology study were analyzed in orderto improvethe computerized data quality.Methods The data were independently keyed by two technicians separately. Using compare module ofSASpackage,errorrate and consistentrate between the keyed two databases and correct one were computed .Results The database sizeis 105 908 bytes.Entry errorrate was 1 .3/1 000 on average .The entry errorrate ofthoseindenticalrecords was1 .1/105 .Thetypes ofinput mistakesincludedthatthe wrong keyinput,and invalid values misinterpreted asvalid valuesor valid values asinvalid values.Conclusion With double data entry ,da ta editing programs,and standardized database pretreatment,the quality ofcomputerized data can be ensured .
