藁本抗炎和抗腹泻作用的实验研究

Anti-diarrhea and Anti-inflammatory Effects of Rhizoma ligustici

目的:观察藁本抗炎和抗腹泻作用。方法:用常规的小鼠炎症和腹泻模型进行实验研究。结果:ig藁来75％醇提物5g/kg和15g/kg抑制二甲苯性小鼠耳肿、角叉菜胶性足跖肿胀和乙酸提高小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性,抑制蓖麻油或番泻叶引起的腹泻。在15g/kg剂量时也抑制小鼠胃肠推进运动。结论:藁本具有抗炎和抗腹泻作用。

VE: To observe the anti-diarrhea and anti-inflammatoy effects of Rhizoma ligustici. METHODS: Experiments were carried out in conventional mice models of inflammation and diarrhea. RESULTS:Alcoholic extract of Rhizoma ligustici 5 and 15 g 昸g-1ig, inhibited xylene - induced swelling of ear, carrageenin - induced swelling of planta and the increased vasoular permeability induced by ip aceticacid,and reduced the freqrency or incidence of purging induced by castor oil or senna. The extract 15 g ?kg-1 ig also inhibited the gastrointestinal propellant rate of Chinse ink in normal mice. CONCLUSION: Rhizoma ligustici had anti-diarrhea and anti -inflammatory effects.
