摘要
目的:研究盐酸川芎嗪注射液(ILH)抗脑缺血损伤作用。方法:大鼠脑梗塞模型用大脑中动脉结扎法制备;血管灌流量测定在离体免耳上进行。结果:ILH40mg.kg^(-1)iv显著改善大鼠异常神经症状,降低梗塞脑组织重量和抑制乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性的下降,200mg·L^(-1)ILH可显著增加免耳灌流量。结论:ILH有抗缺血性脑损伤作用,其作用可能与扩张脑血管有关。
VE: To study the protective effect of injection ligus trazine hydrochloric (ILH) against cerebral ischemia injury. METHODS: The cerebral infarction in rats was made by ligating the middle artery. The perfusion of vessel was measured in rabbit ear in vitro. RESULTS: ILH 40 mg ?kg-1iv markedly improved the abnormal nervous symptoms,reduced the infarction weight, and inhibited the reduction of ILH activity; 200 mg ?L-1 ILH significantly increasd perfusion flow of rabbit ear in vitro. CONCLUSION: ILH has protective effect on cerebral infarction via vasodilatiation.
