海珠王口服液质量标准的研究

Study on Quality Standards of Haizhuwang Oral Liquid

目的:为控制海珠王口服液的质量,建立了黄芪的薄层鉴别和氨基乙磺酸的含量测定。方法:采用薄层色谱法对样品中黄芪进行定性鉴别;用“甲醛测定法”测定氨基乙磺酸含量。结果:鉴别方法专属性强,定量方法简便、可靠,平均回收率X=97.89％,RSD=0.75％,n=5。结论:此标准可有效地控制本品的质量。

VE:It was established to TLC identification method of Radix astragali and the quantitative determination of Taurine in Haizhuwang oral liquid preparation. METHODS:The sample was identified by TLC in contrast with Radix astragail, and Taurine content was determinated by formaldehyde titration method. RESULTS:The method was highly specific and the spots were concentrated. The average recovery was 97.89%(n= 5)and RSD was 0. 75%. CONCLUSION:As a result, identification was simple and accurate, and available for quality control of this preparation.
