摘要
广州石化加氢精制Ⅲ装置采用石油化工科学研究院开发的RS-1000催化剂,其活性组分主要是镍、钨、钼。该催化剂对4,6-DMDBT类稠环位阻硫化物的转化能力远远超过常规加氢精制催化剂,具有优异的柴油超深度脱硫能力。在装置运行1035d后,进行首次大修,并对RS-1000催化剂进行器外再生和活化,补充了部分新剂。催化剂器外再生技术的主要优点,是再生过程不易产生局部过热;催化剂活性恢复程度较高;可以增加加氢装置的开工时数;加氢装置设备不再承受再生含硫气体的腐蚀;经济效益好。RS-1000催化剂器外再生及工业应用结果表明,在原料性质、体积空速相近的条件下,产品质量满足国Ⅲ柴油质量指标要求,且反应器入口温度明显下降,催化剂再生效果好,各项物化性质与新鲜催化剂基本相当,降低了生产成本,节省了检修时间,实现了催化剂长周期使用的目标。
Sinopec Guangzhou Company′s hydrotreating unit No.III uses the RS-1000 catalyst developed by the Research Institute of Petroleum Processing.The active components of this catalyst include nickel,tungsten and molybdenum.This catalyst has a far stronger capability of converting 4,6-DMDBT condensed-ring steric-hindrance sulfides than conventional hydrotreating catalysts and has an excellent ultradeep desulfuration ability for diesel fuel.The company conducted the first overhaul for the unit after 1,035 days of operation,carried out ex-situ regeneration and activation of the RS-1000 catalyst and replenished some new catalyst.The main benefits of catalyst ex-situ regeneration technology include: a.rarely seen local overheat during regeneration;b.high level of restored activity of catalyst;c.allowing for increased operating hours of hydrogenation unit;d.no corrosion of regenerated sulfur-containing gas to hydrogenation equipment;and e.high economic returns.The industrial application of RS-1000 catalyst ex-situ regeneration technology shows that using feedstock of similar properties and at similar liquid hourly space velocity,the quality of diesel fuels produced meets the national standards III for diesel fuels.The inlet temperature of reactor declines significantly,the effect of catalyst regeneration is very good and all properties of the regenerated catalyst are similar to those of fresh catalysts.This technology helps reduce production cost,saves overhaul time needed and extends the cycle of use of catalysts.
