中国灰黑库蠓组的分类研究(双翅目:蠓科)——Ⅱ.鉴别特征的数值分析

Taxonomic Studies of Culicoides pulicaris Section in China (Diptera:Ceratopogonidae)——I . The numeral analysis of the identified characteristics

本文报告了我国灰黑库蠓种团灰黑库蠓组鉴别特征的数值分析研究结果。应用方差分析、逐步判别分析和典型变量分析方法分析了咸沼库蠓、灰黑库蠓、刺螫库蠓和类刺螫库蠓雌虫21个特征的种间差异。找出了4种库蠓在不同组合情况下有显著性差异(P<0.05)的特征。发现4种库蠓在11种不同组合情况下进行比较的正确鉴别率均在85％以上,其中灰黑库蠓的正确鉴别率最高,达100％。数值分析结果支持了形态分类的研究结果。

The results are reported in the paper of the study of numeral analysis of the i-dentified characteristics of the Culicoides pulicarid section of Culicoides pulicaris group in China. Through analysis of variance, step wise discrimant analysis and canonical variate analysis of 21 characteristics of female of C. pulicaris section. The disriminating characteristics are discovered in different combination of four species (P<0. 05). It is found that the correct rates of identification are over 85% in 11 different combination for four numbers of C. halophilus,C. pulicaris,C. punctatus and C. subpunctatus,and the correct rate of identification for C. pulicaris in 100%. The numeral analysis has yielded a result that supports. The finding of morphological taxonomic study.
