胃癌根治消化道重建术对2型糖尿病的治疗作用 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨胃癌根治三种不同消化道重建术对2型糖尿病的治疗作用。方法回顾性分析因胃癌同时合并2型糖尿病而行胃癌根治消化道重建术的72例病例资料,同时选择合并有2型糖尿病的其他腹部择期手术120例病例资料作对照研究。结果 2组术前空腹血糖及胰岛素用量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而术后随访(3个月～2年)发现胃癌根治BillrothI式消化道重建组术后空腹血糖,胰岛素用量无明显变化(P>0.05);但BillrothⅡ式消化道重建组与Roux-en-Y式消化道重建组术后空腹血糖水平和胰岛素用量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃癌根治BillrothⅡ式消化道重建术及Roux-en-Y式消化道重建术对于2型糖尿病患者有明显的治疗作用,但其机制不甚明了,有待于作进一步深入研究。
