血清髓过氧化物酶检测在急性冠脉综合征中的应用价值被引量：3

摘要目的研究髓过氧化物酶(MPO)检测在急性冠脉综合征(ACS)诊断中的临床意义。方法用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测ACS组、稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组及正常对照组的血浆MPO水平。结果 ACS组MPO水平高于SAP及正常对照组(P<0.01),SMP组与对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论外周血MPO水平的升高对ACS患者的诊断具有临床价值。
