动态血糖监测在106例糖尿病患者中的初步运用

摘要 目的动态监测2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖漂移的细节及波动趋势,为合理的治疗方案提供临床依据。方法采用动态血糖监测系统(CGMS)对106例T2DM患者进行连续72 h的血糖监测。结果 1天内血糖高峰最集中的时间段为6:30~10:30,次之为18:00~20:00;血糖低谷值最集中的时间段为0:30~5:00,次之为11:00~13:00。随着治疗调整血糖控制理想比例由57.9%上升至84.3%,血糖≥10比例由38.5%下降至10.2%,血糖≤3.9比例随着血糖理想控制后有所上升。结论动态血糖监测能较详细地显示T2DM患者血糖水平波动的特征,对拟定更为合理的治疗方案提供临床依据。
