酒精性肝炎144例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 144 Cases Alcoholic Hepatitis

目的观察酒精性肝炎的临床表现、治疗及预后。方法对144例酒精性肝炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析研究。结果 144例酒精性肝炎患者,安验室检查均无病毒性肝炎史,血清肝炎病毒标志物检查亦阴性。经对症治疗后显效80例,有效50例,总有效率为90.28%;转为肝硬化者12例,死亡2例。结论长期大最饮酒是引起酒精性肝病的主要原因,每天饮酒100 g以上,持续5年以上,90%有脂肪肝,10%～35%有酒精性肝炎,1.5%～8%有酒精性肝硬化。严格戒酒是其良好预后的关键。

Objective To explore the cause of disease,therapy effect and prognosis of the alcoholic hepatitis. Methods Sufferor＇s clinical data of 144 cases alcoholic hepatitis was retrospective analysis research. Results Among the 144 patients,80 cases show effect,50 cases were valid,total efficient rate were 90. 28%. 12 cases turn into the cirrhosis,2 case died. Conclusion Longterm great deal of drinking alcohol is the main reason of alcoholic hepatitis. Drinking everyday 100 g for5 years above,90% patients suffered from the fatty liver, 10% ~ 35% patients suffered from the alcoholic hepatitis. 1.5% -8% suffered from the alcoholic cirrhosis. Abstain from alcohol strictly is the key for good prognosis.
