内源性和外源性雌激素对生长激素的影响

摘要 人生长激素（GH）是由191个氨基酸组成的单肽链.它是由腺垂体细胞所分泌.正常情况下,生长激素呈脉冲式分泌,它的分泌受下丘脑产生的生长激素释放素（GHRH）的调节,还受性别、年龄和昼夜节律的影响,睡眠状态下分泌明显增加.GH能通过促进肝脏产生IGF-1,GH在介质间接促进生长期的骨骺软骨形成,促进骨及软骨的生长,从而使躯体增高.GH对中间代谢及能量代谢也有影响,可促进蛋白质合成,增强对钠、钾、钙、磷、硫等重要元素的摄取与利用,对胰岛素有拮抗作用,通过抑制糖的消耗,加速脂肪分解,使能量来源由糖代谢转向脂肪代谢.
