血液病患者营养教育计划的实施与效果评价 被引量:6

Effect of Nutrition Education in Patients with Hematologic Diseases

摘要 对临床血液科患者试行营养教育计划,在计划实施前后采用24h回顾法分别对两组血液科住院患者进行膳食营养调查(实施前71例,实施后56例)。计算人平均每天热量及各营养素摄入量,同时测定体重等指标。结果表明,计划实施后热量、蛋白质、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C、钙和铁的缺乏率明显下降(P<0.05),下降幅度较大的是水溶性维生素;两组患者的入院和出院体重比较均无明显差别,但两组患者入院和出院的体重差值有显著性差别(P<0.05)。这一调查结果对临床血液科患者的膳食保健和营养护理工作有重要指导意义。 Investigative was done with 24h retrospective analysis of diet nutrition on patients with hematologic disorders before and after nutrition education (71 cases in treafment group,and 56 cases in control group).Individual calorie,nutrition elements taken and body weight were measured.The results showed that the insufficiency rate of calorie,protein,vitamine B1, B2,C,calcium and iron was significantly decreased after the education (P<0.05),especially in the soluble vitamines.There were no significant differences of body weight on admission and on discharge in the patients before and after applying the education plan but significant differences showed in patients body weight changes between two groups (P<0.05).The results indicates that diet nutrition management plays an important role for the treatment of the patients with hematologic disorders.
