超声引导介入治疗异位妊娠37例分析

37 cases analysis of Ultrasound-guided intervention ectopic pregnancy

目的探讨超声引导下介入治疗异位妊娠的临床应用。方法应用超声引导对37例孕囊型异位妊娠患者进行孕囊穿刺注射氨甲喋呤(MTX)30 mg(溶于1～2 ml注射用水中)、,观察血β-hCG、病灶包块吸收情况、毒副反应。结果 37例中35例治疗后血β-hCG明显下降,病灶包块缩小或者消失,免于手术,治疗成功率为94%,其中2例术中发生破裂出血急诊手术治疗。结论超声引导下介入治疗异位妊娠成功率高、不良反应小,为临床保守治疗异位妊娠提供了一种新的治疗方法 。

Objective To explore ultrasound-guided interventional therapy clinical applications of ectopic pregnancy. Methods Ultrasound pregnancy capsule type of 37 cases of pregnancy ectopic pregnancies patients who was capsule puncture injection ammonia armour methotrexate(MTX) 30 mg(soluble in 1-2 ml wfi),observation bloodβ-hCG,lesions bag piece the absorption of adverse reaction.Results 35 patients after treatment,the blood p-hCG dropped significantly, shrink or disappear lesions bag piece rate,from surgery,treatment,including 2 cases 94%,Pregnancy capsule rupture bleeding emergency operation treatment.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided ectopic pregnancy high success rate,clinical adverse reactions small.conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy provides a new treatment.
