54例早发型重度子痫前期期待治疗的临床效果观察

54 cases of early hairstyle severe preeclampsia,expect the clinical results were observed treatment

目的探讨早发型重度子痫前期期待治疗的临床效果。方法笔者所在医院2008年3月～2011年3月共收治早发型重度子痫前期患者54例,将54例患者随机分为分期待治疗组27例和非期待治疗组27例,比较两组患者期待治疗的母婴结局。结果期待治疗组新生儿出生体质量高于非期待治疗组,早期新生儿病死率低于非期待治疗组,患者术后并发症发生率低于非期待治疗组的,以上各项两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);24h尿蛋白定量两组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),表明并未增加肾脏损害。结论早发型重度子痫前期严重影响母婴预后,对早发型重度子痫前期进行有效的保守治疗,有助于改善母儿结局。

Objective To study early hairstyle seere preeclampsia,expect the clinical effect of treatment.Methods From March 2008 to March 2011 a total early hairstyle seere preeclampsia patients 54 cases,will 54 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and not expect points in 27 cases in treatment group all expectations,compares two groups of patients expect treatment and outcomes.Results Expected the treatment group was better than body mass newborns in treatment group,early expecting lower than the expected neonatal mortality in treatment group lower incidence of postoperative complications,patients not expect the treatment group,above two groups of comparisons difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;24 h urine protein quantitative two groups of comparisons was not statistically significant（P0.05）,showed no increase in kidney damage.Conclusion Early hairstyle seere preeclampsia,a serious impact on maternal and infant prognosis,early hairstyle severe preeclampsia,a conservative treatment,effectively ending to help improve mother son.
