摘要
构建社会主义和谐社会是一项艰巨而复杂的系统工程,需要我们长期坚持,不懈努力,扎扎实实地做好各项工作。医院作为社会的窗口,与人民群众的生命、健康紧密相连,其医患关系和谐与否,直接关系到整个社会的和谐发展。加强医患沟通则是构建医院和谐的重要途径之一,如何处理好医患关系,以达到构建医院和谐的目的,不外乎在医务人员医德教育,监督管理机制,处理医疗服务投诉等方面探索出更行之有效的沟通途径。
The construction of a socialist harmonious society is an arduous and complicated project of systems engineering,we need to uphold for a long time,unremitting efforts and do a good job in various work in a down-to-earth manner.Hospital as a window for the community,and the life of the masses,closely the health,harmonious doctor-patient relations or not a direct bearing on the harmonious development of the society as a whole.Strengthening the communication between doctors,is one of the Important Way of Constructing Harmonious hospital,how to handle well the relationship between doctors and patients,so as to achieve the goal of building harmonious hospital,medical staff in medical ethics education,supervision and management mechanism to deal with medical service complaint to explore more effective channel of communication.
