摘要 目的探讨腹腔镜肾部分切除术的术中护理配合要点。方法对22例手术患者的术中护理配合进行总结和分析。结果 22例患者均安全接受手术,术中无护理并发症发生。结论手术室护士作好充分的术前准备,熟悉手术器械、仪器性能和作用,熟练掌握手术步骤,术中与医生密切配合及严密观察病情变化,是保证手术顺利完成的关键。 Objective to discuss the care points of Laparoscopic partial nephrectomy in intraoperative.Methods to summarize and analysis the care points of 22 operation of Laparoscopic partial nephrectomy.Results 22 patients underwent surgery safely,there were no nursing complications occurred in intraoperative.Conclusion the sufficient preparation,familiar with surgical instruments,skillfully control of operating procedure,close cooperation and exactitude observation by operating room nurse are the key point of nursing.
