卡介菌多糖核酸防治小儿哮喘的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察卡介菌多糖核酸防治小儿哮喘的疗效与安全性。方法:小儿哮喘48例(男31例,女17例;平均年龄4.9±2.9岁)给予卡介菌多糖核酸0.5mg,肌注,<3岁者每周2次;≥3岁者,每周3次;3个月为一疗程,连续使用1~3个疗程,每6月随访1次,1年后观察疗效。结果:显效27例(其中包括停药3月内近效8例作为显效),有效9例,无效12例,总有效率为75%,疗效随疗程增加而增加,但经Ridit分析,差别无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论:卡介菌多糖核酸防治小儿哮喘疗效好,以2~3个疗程为妥。
