摘要
利用2000—2007年数据,对我国地域大中型工业企业创新资源配置效率进行评价。运用改进的DEA模型,对我国30个地区的大中型工业企业的创新投入效率进行测度,并基于测度结果,对各地区大中型工业企业的创新投入资源利用率进行分析;并给出了基于DEA的地域分类。结果显示,我国有80%的地区其创新资源未能得到有效配置,且创新资源的利用率普遍较低。基于定量分析结果,给出了提高地域大中型工业企业创新资源配置效率的政策建议。
Using recent data,the allocation efficiency of innovative resource for regional large and medium-size industrial enterprises in China is studied.This paper measures innovation efficiency of large and medium-size industrial enterprises of 30 regions in China using improved DEA model,and analyzes utilization of innovative resource.The geographical classification is given based on the DEA efficiency.There are lower allocation efficiency of innovative resource about 80% of the areas in China,and utilization of innovative resources is generally low.This paper gives some policy proposals to improve allocation efficiency of innovative resource for large and medium-sized industrial enterprises in China,based on the results of quantitative analysis.
