484例次地高辛血药浓度监测结果分析

Analysis on the Results of Digoxin Concentration Monitoring in 484 Cases

本文对北京积水潭医院１９９４年５月～１９９７年５月连续完成的２１３例（４８４例次）的地高辛血药浓度监测结果进行分析，证明其血药浓度能较好地反映地高辛的临床疗效。地高辛血药浓度在治疗浓度范围（０８～２０ｎｇ／ｍｌ），约８０％以上获得了较好疗效，超过治疗浓度范围（＞２０ｎｇ／ｍｌ），中毒风险明显增大。

Concentration of Digoxin(Cdgx) of 213 patients (484cases) in the Jishuitan Hospital from 1994 to 1997 was analyzed. The results shown that Cdgx could reflect therapeutic effects. More than 80% patients can obtain good results if Cdgx was within therapeutic concentration ranges (0 8～2 0ng/ml). Intoxication risk would be obviously increased if Cd exceeded normal value.
