普伐他汀对冠心病患者外周血单核细胞功能的影响

Effects of Pravastatin on the Function of Peripheral Blood Monocytes in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

为探讨普伐他汀对冠心病患者外周血单核细胞（ＰＢＭｓ）功能的影响，对２１例血脂正常冠心病患者和９例健康人ＰＢＭｓ粘附分子ＣＤ１１ｂ、ＣＤ４９ｄ表达及ＴＮＦ－α、ＩＬ－８分泌情况进行了检测；并在体外分离培养的冠心病患者ＰＢＭｓ中，观察了普伐他汀对其表达ＣＤ１１ｂ、ＣＤ４９ｄ及分泌ＴＮＦ－α、ＩＬ－８的影响。结果表明：冠心病患者ＰＢＭｓ表达ＣＤ１１ｂ、ＣＤ４９ｄ及分泌ＩＮＦ－α、ＩＬ－８的能力明显高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜００１）；普伐他汀能下调冠心病患者ＰＢＭｓＣＤ１１ｂ、ＣＤ４９ｄ表达及降低ＴＮＦ－α、ＩＬ－８的分泌（Ｐ＜００５）。说明普伐他汀可抑制冠心病患者外周血单核细胞的功能。

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of pravastatin on the function of peripheral blood monocytes (PBMs)in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).CD11b,CD49d expression and TNF-α,IL-8 secretion of PBMs were measured in 9 healthy subjects and 21 patients with CHD.The effects of pravastatin on those of PBMs in vitro were investigated in CHD patients.The ability to express CD11b,CD49d and release TNF-α、IL-8 of PBMs in patients with CHD were higher than that in control group ( P <0 01).Pravastatin downregulated CD11b,CD49d expression and inhibited TNF-α,IL-8 secretion of PBMs in patients with CHD.In conclusion,pravastatin may suppress the function of PBMs in patients with CHD.
