摘要 目的:为了探讨IFNγ在增强宿主防御沙门氏伤寒菌感染中的作用机制。方法:采用体外细胞培养方法研究了IFNγ对THP1细胞应答沙门氏伤寒菌的调节作用。结果:发现IFNγ显著促进THP1细胞及PMA分化的THP1细胞内化和杀伤沙门氏伤寒菌,并明显增强沙门氏伤寒菌诱导PMA分化的THP1细胞产生TNFα和增强诱导THP1细胞及PMA分化的THP1细胞产生IL12。 Objective:To research the enhancing mechanisms of host defence against Salmonella typhi infection by IFN γ.Methods:The regulatory role of THP 1 cells by IFN γ in response to Salmonella typhi was researched in vitro.Results:IFN γ significantly enhanced the activities of THP 1 cells and PMA differentiated THP 1 cells to internalize and kill Salmonella typhi strains, and also increased the production of TNF α induction in PMA differentiated THP 1 cells and the production of IL 12 induction by Salmonella typhi strains in THP 1 cells and PMA differentiated THP 1 cells.Conclusion:IFN γ plays an important role in the regulation of mononuclear phagocytes in response to Salmonella typhi infection.
