我国户籍制度运行到现阶段面临着或是改革或是完善的路径选择,但是选择的结果将会出现存废两难的困境。在设定户籍制度目标的前提下,探讨了户籍制度或存或废的困境及原因,并提出了发展趋势和现阶段的改革建议。

The household registration system of our country operating to present stage faces the path selection： reform or perfection. But the selection will result in the difficulties between existing and abolishing. Under the premise that we set the household registration system＇s target, this paper explores its dilemma and reasons, and then puts forward its development trend and present reform suggestions.
