精神科临时板房病区医院感染管理与监测

Management and supervision of hospital infection from temporary ward at Psychiatric Department

目的分析地震后精神科临时板房病区医院感染监测情况，分析存在问题，提出改进措施，预防控制医院感染的发生。方法选取2个精神科病区在地震前1年190份出院病历和地震后1年182份住临时板房的出院病历进行回顾性调查，对医院感染发病率和环境卫生学监测进行统计分析。结果地震前190份出院病例中发生医院感染9例19例次，医院感染发病率为4．74％；地震后182份出院病例中发生医院感染7例12例次，医院感染发病率为3．85％，地震前后医院感染发病率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗室空气、物体表面、医护人员手及使用中酒精、碘附监测合格率均为100％。结论采取预防为主，防治结合，监督检查，措施得力，板房医院感染管理水平得到提高，有效地消除院内感染存在的隐患，降低了医院感染发病率，减轻了患者痛苦和经济负担。

Objective To survey the supervision of hospital infection from temporary ward at Psychiatric Department after the earthquake, analyze the existing problems, put forward improvement measures in order to prevent and control the hospital infection. Methods 190 cases at two psychiatric departments 1 year before the earthquake and 182 cases at temporary wards 1 year after the earthquake were retrospectively investigated; the incidence of hospital infection diseases and surveillance of sanitary science were compared. Results 9 cases out of 190 1 year before the earthquake were infected, totally 19 times, with the incidence of 4.74%. 7 cases out of 182 1 year after the earthquake were infected, totally 12 times, with the incidence of 3.85%. There was no significant difference in the incidence of hospital infection before and after the earthquake （ P 〉 0.05 ）, eligibility rates for the following, air in therapeutic room, object surface, staff hands, ethanol and iodine were 100%. Conclusions Prevention primarily combined with therapy, and regular supervision and check are carried out ： therefore management of hospital infection from temporary ward is improved with the hidden troubles causing infection eliminated, the incidence rate of hospital infection reduced, patients＇ suffering relieved and their economic burden lessened.
