摘要 目的通过动物实验研究,研究大豆异黄酮的食用安全性。方法采用急性毒性试验、小鼠骨髓微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验的结果进行评价。结果雌雄小鼠经口最大耐受剂量(MTD)均大于20.0 g/kg体重,根据急性毒性分级标准,其属无毒级。小鼠骨髓微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验遗传毒性试验结果均为阴性。结论大豆异黄酮属于安全性食品。 Objective Studying the food safety of the soy isoflavones by animal experiment.Methods Using the acute toxicity test,mouse bone marrow micronucleus test and sperm abnormality test to evaluate the food safety of the soy isoflavones.Results The oral maximum tolerated doses of both male and female mice were more than 20.0g/kg weight,which were non-toxic level based on acute toxicity grading criteria.The results that are gained from the mouse bone marrow micronucleus test and the sperm abnormality test were negative.Conclusions Soy isoflavones are safe food.
