摘要
以白穗花种子为试材,研究了温度和光照条件对白穗花种子萌发的影响。结果表明:在24 h光照条件下,弱光照(500 lx)、中等强度光照(2 500 lx)和强光照(5 000 lx)3个梯度条件下萌发率分别是84.0%、86.7%和86.7%;在15 h光照/9 h黑暗的周期性光照条件,弱光和强光下的萌发率分别为85.9%和85.2%,中等强度光照下萌发率最高为89.1%。避光条件下白穗花种子萌发率以25℃发芽率最佳,为94.7%,因而避光对白穗花种子的萌发有明显的促进作用,可缩短种子萌发时间,提高种子的萌发率,但随着温度的升高或降低其种子的萌发率会下降。
Taking the seed of Speirantha gardenia as experiment material,the effects of light and temperature on seed germination of Speirantha gardenii were studied.The results showed that seed germination of Speirantha gardenii under the light of 500 lx,2 500 lx and 5 000 lx in the 24 h illumination were 84.0%,86.7% and 86.7%,respectively.In the conditions of 15 h illumination and 9 h dark,seed germination of Speirantha gardenii under the light of 500 lx and 5 000 lx were 85.9% and 85.2%,and was 89.1% under the light of 2 500 lx.The optimum temperature to Speirantha gardenii seed germintion was 25℃ in the dark treatment,its seed germination rate was 94.7%,dark obviously improved the seed germination,shortened seed germintation duration and enhanced the percentage of its germination.The percentage of Speirantha gardenii seed germination decreased with the change of temperature.
