视频压缩前端去隔行算法研究及系统设计

摘要 在智能监控系统的视频压缩前端设计中,提出了一种改进型的运动自适应视频去隔行算法,能够准确区分运动区域和非运动区域,并在保证非运动区域清晰度的前提下对运动区域进行适当补偿。 The front-end design of video compression,which in the intelligent monitoring system, includes an improved motionadaptive video de-interlacing algorithm.It can accurately distinguish between moving regions and non-moving regions,and makes appropriate compensation to the moving areas in the premise of the clarity of non-moving areas.
