摘要
纤维素是自然界中最为丰富的可再生资源,但是由于纤维素分子链上存在大量羟基易形成氢键,使其难溶难熔,所以成型加工相对困难。静电纺丝是一种使带电荷的聚合物溶液或熔体在静电场中射流来制备聚合物超细纤维的加工技术,纤维素及其衍生物通过静电纺丝可制得微米、纳米纤维,具有独特功能,应用前景广阔。本文简述了静电纺丝的原理和研究背景,总结了近几年来研究者们的科研成果和工作进展,简要概括了纤维素静电纺丝的溶剂体系,重点阐述了不同形貌、不同功能的纤维素及其衍生物纤维的制备方法及其应用领域。
Cellulose is the most abundant renewable resources. Cellulose is insoluble and refractory because of hydrogen bonds,consequently, the molding process is relatively difficult. Electrospinning is a processing technology to prepare polymer ultrafine fibers by driven polymer solution or melt flying in the electrostatic field through the jet. Micron- or nano-fibers of cellulose and its derivatives fabricated by electrostatic spinning hold unique functions and wide application prospects. This paper briefly described the principle of electrospinning and research background , summarized the progress of research work of researchers in recent years, made a brief summary of electrosplnning cellulose solvent system, focused on preparation methods and applications of cellulose and cellulose derivatives fibers with different shapes and different functions.
