单侧完全性唇腭裂术后患儿颜面非对称性变化的研究

A asymmetric analysis for operated patients with unilateral complete cleft lip and palate

本研究采用莫尔等高条纹分析法检测一组混合牙列期单侧完全性唇腭裂 ( UCL P)术后患儿颜面主要结构的非对称性 ,并与正常儿童进行对比分析。结果显示 UCLP术后患儿面中份 ,特别是鼻及口唇部位发生明显的不对称性畸形 ,说明唇腭裂修补术后继发牙颌面畸形是三维方向的异常 。

This study was designed to evaluate the facial asymmetry at the stage of mixed dentition in operated UCLP patients by using Moire topography technique. The cleft samples were composed of 25 males. and 23 females, control subjects included 30 non_cleft males and 30 non cleft females of similar age to the cleft subjects. The cleft group differs from the control group in respects as follows (1) The nasal point, the subnasal point and the upper lip point obviously deviated from the facial middle line. (2) The alae of nose were significantly asymmetric. (3) The horizontal section on the nasal and the upper lip levels showed obvious asymmetric changes. The operated UCLP patients appear to show serious asymmetric deformities in the nasal and upper lip areas. This suggested there are important clinical value to correct the malposition of maxillary segments before surgery.
