摘要 目的 探讨不同剂量的谷氨酰胺(glutamine,Gln)对大鼠应激性溃疡的保护作用及对血清皮质醇、β-内啡肽(β-endorpin,β-EP)的影响.方法 64只SD大鼠随机分为对照组(N组)、应激组(S组)和Gln G1~G6组,每组8只,应用束缚浸水应激(WRS)方法制作大鼠应激性溃疡模型,检测各组大鼠胃液pH值、溃疡指数(UI)值、H+-K+-ATP酶活性,抽取各组血清测定皮质醇、β-EP水平.结果 G2~G6组胃液pH值、H+-K+-ATP酶活性与S组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),G1~G6组UI值与S组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),G4~G6组间胃液pH值、UI值、H+-K+-ATP酶活性比较差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05).G5、G6组皮质醇与S组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),G6组β-EP与S组比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 补充适量的Gln能减少应激大鼠的胃酸分泌,降低血清皮质醇、β-EP水平,减轻应激性溃疡程度. Objective To study the protective effect of different doses of glutamine on stress ulcer, and their effect on serum cortisol,β - endorphin in rats. Methods 64 SD rats were randomly divided into control group ( N group, 8) , stress group ( S group, n = 8 ) and glutamine 1 to 6 groups (G1 - G6 groups, n = 8). Stress ulcer was induced in rats by water immersion restraint stress( WRS), the gastric juice pH, the size of ulcer index ( UI ) and H + - K + - ATP activity were measured, the concentrations of serum cortisol and β - endorphin were determined. Results The gastric juice pH value, H+ -K+ -ATP activity were significantly different between the G2 -G6 group and the S group (P 〈 0.05 ), the UI value of G1 - G6 group were significantly lower than those of the S group ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ;There were no significant differences in the gastric juice pH value, ulcer index size (UI)and the H+ - K + - ATP activity of the G4 - G6 group ( P 〉 0.05 ). The serum cortisol value of the GS, G6 group were significantly lower than those of the S group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; the serum β - endorphin value of the G6 group were significantly loser than those of the S group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The amount of glutamine supplement can reduce the stress gastric acid secretion, decrease serum cortisol anti β- endorphin levels, and reduce the degree of stress ulcer.
