摘要
目的:以明胶为囊材,优选黄芩苷微囊的制备工艺。方法:采用单凝聚法,以载药量为评价指标,利用均匀设计法优选微囊的最佳制备条件。结果:囊心囊材比为1∶2,温度45℃,转速550 r.min-1。结论:微囊制备工艺稳定、粒径分布及溶出符合要求。
Objective:To study the preparation method for baicalin microcapsule using gelatin gum as sealing materials.Method:Baicalin microcapsule was prepared by simple coacervation method.The uniform design was adopted to optimize the preparation procedure with drug loading as evaluation indexes.Result:The optimum preparation technique of baicalin microcapsule was:the ratio of core material to coating material was 1∶2;the temperature of encapsulation was at 45 ℃ and the stirring speed was 550 r·min-1.Conclusion:The results showed that baicalin microcapsule had appropriate diameter,distribution of microcapsule particles size and the dissolution meets the requirements.
