摘要
建立了一种多连杆高速压力机的运动学分析模型,利用MATLAB编写了相应的计算程序,并以某研发中的多连杆高速压力机为例进行了实例计算。计算结果表明:该型多连杆高速压力机在下死点附近速度较低、加速度较小,该运动特性有利于减小冲裁过程中产生的振动并降低噪声,提高下死点的精度。
A multi-link high-speed press kinematics equations was established,and the results of kinematic analysis were also obtained.The results show that:this kind of multi-link high-speed press has the characteristics of small velocity and acceleration near the BDC.And these characteristics are help to reduce the noise generated during blanking and vibration,to improve the accuracy of BDC.
