摘要 面向零部件公差设计优化问题,提出一种基于层次分析法的产品质量损失成本模型,该模型克服了常用的田口方法的一些缺点。应用层次分析法通过产品质量特征将零部件公差与产品质量损失联系起来,解决了定量描述零部件公差与产品质量损失之关系问题。采用标准化分段质量损失函数,使得所给出的零件公差对产品质量损失成本的影响关系更加接近于实际,并具有较强的普适性。以微电机零部件公差为例,说明了所提出的产品质量损失成本模型的建模方法。 Based on AHP,a novel quality loss cost model was developed for product tolerance design,which overcome drawbacks of the conventional Taguchi method.Using AHP,the relationships among part tolerance,quality characteristics and product quality were analyzed,and the weights of part tolerance to product quality were determined.A sectionalized normal quality loss function that described the impacts of part tolerance on quality loss cost was introduced,which is practical and universal.Finally,the novel quality loss cost model was illustrated by a micro-motor example.
