摘要
［目的］观察HDCF／5－Fu加DDP方案治疗多种恶性肿瘤的治疗效果和毒性反应。[方法］38例晚期恶性肿瘤患者使用HDCF／5－Fu＋DDP方案治疗。[结果］38例患者中18例有效，有效率为47.4％。骨髓抑制较轻，部分患者有胃肠道反应，无其他严重毒副反应发生，［结论]HDCF/5－Fu加DDP方案是治疗多种恶性肿瘤有效且可以耐受的方案。
[Purpose] To observe the therapeutic effects and toxicity of HDCF/5-Fu and DDP regimen in the treatment of gastrointestinalcancer, nasopharyngeal cancer and breast cancer. [Method] Thirty-eight cases were treated with HDCF/5-Fu and DDP regimen. [Result] Responserate was 47.4%(18/38). No serious side effects occurred. [Conclusion] The HDCF/5-Fu and DDP regimen is effect to some malignant tumorswith tolerable toxicity.
