摘要
为建立较完整的舰船电子抗电磁损伤效应评估指标体系,基于电磁环境特征对舰船电子系统进行概率统计分析,指出通信、雷达两重要舰载电子系统抗电磁损伤决定性因素和影响舰船电子设备抗电磁损伤能力因子,以及各因子在多评判等级中的隶属度计算方法。结合层次分析法理论对综合模糊效应评判方法进行改进,引入电子系统设计因子和抗电磁干扰因子,并分别构造抗电磁损伤能力指标集,进而初步建立包含电磁损伤概率的舰船电子系统综合抗电磁损伤效应评估模型。
To establish a more complete performance of electronic anti-electromagnetic damage evaluation system,this paper first analyzed the ship-based electromagnetic environment characteristics on electronic systems,and pointed ont that communication,radar,ship-borne electronic systems of two important determinants of resistance to electromagnetic damage,the main ship electronic equipment against electromagnetic injury factors and the many factors under evaluation grade calculation method,and AHP,fuzzy Delphi method to improve the performance evaluation algorithm.It introduced anti-electromagnetic interference,and design factors as indicators of structural damage of its resistance to electromagnetic set.Then the initial probability of the establishment of a ship that contained electromagnetic damage electronic systems against electromagnetic damage integrated performance assessment model,Finally,gave the electromagnetic ship damaging electronic equipment performance evaluation index system.
