Design and implementation of key technologies in WIA-PA networks

摘要 WIA-PA(wireless network for industrial automation-process automation)是IEC认可的工业无线国际标准。WIA-PA网络具有网状和星型混合拓扑结构、自适应调频能力、CSMA与TDMA混合访问机制等技术特点,能够适应复杂工业环境和满足苛刻工业需求。为了在嵌入式平台上实现WIA-PA网络系统,通过分析WIA-PA的这些技术特点和体系结构,得出了原型网络实现的关键技术,并给出了目前采用的策略和技术方法,如时间管理、时间同步、网络安全和网状组网等。最后利用搭建的原型网络验证了设计的可行性和合理性。 WIA-PA is an IEC approved industrial wireless standard.WIA-PA is a reliable and real-time wireless mixed mesh-star network,which can adapt hard industrial environment and satisfy strict industrial requirements.In order to implement the network system on embedded platforms,this paper analyzed technical features and architecture of WIA-PA,and shared the first-hand experience in implementation of prototype,such as time management,synchronization,network security and reliable mesh networking.By the prototype network,it proved that the design was feasible and reasonable.
