摘要
[目的]研究3-硝基苯乙酮缩氨基硫脲(HL)过渡金属配合物的抗癌活性。[方法]测试了配体和6个配合物对S180腹水癌细胞的体外抗癌活性及配合物Cu(L)2、Zn(L)2对S180腹水癌小鼠的生命延长作用和对S180实体瘤的抑制作用。[结果]配合物Cu(L)Cl、Cu(L)2、Zn(HL)2Cl2、Zn(L)2对S180腹水癌细胞有强的杀伤作用。配合物Cu(L)2、Zn(L)2剂量为10mg/kg时,对S180荷瘤小鼠的存活时间延长率分别为132.4%和55.2%,对S180实体瘤的抑癌率分别为81.59%和62.11%。[结论]配合物Cu(L)2是一种抗癌活性较好的物质。
[Purpose] To explore the antitumor activities of 3- mtroacetophenone - thiosemicarbazone (HL) transition metal complex.[Methods]The antitumor activities on S180 ascites cancer cell of the ligand and 6 complexes were evaluated in vitro. Prolonged survival time and solidtumor growth - inhibition of tumor- bearing S180 mice of the complexes Cu(L)2, Zn(L)2 were evaluated. [Results] The complexes Cu(L) Cl, Cu(L)2, Zn(HL)2Cl2, Zn(L)2 exhibited high antitumor activities on S180 ascites cancer cell. Prolonged survival time of tumor - bearing mice was132.4% ana 55.2% respectively and inhibitory rate of S180 solid tumor was 81. 59% ana 62. 11% respectively, when a dose of 10mg/kg ofcomplexes Cu(L)2, and 10mg/kg of complexes Zn(L)2 were given. [Coclusion]Complex Cu (L)2 is the matter of better antitumor activity thanothers.
