蛋白酶ICH-1在慢性乙型肝炎中的表达研究

Expression of protease ICH-1 in chronic hepatitis B

探讨蛋白酶ICH与慢性乙型肝炎的关系。采用免疫组化技术研究蛋白酶ICH在33例慢性乙型肝炎组织中的表达。结果表明慢迁肝和慢活肝中ICH－IL及ICH－1S阳性率较正常肝增加，但无明显差异；而坏死区肝细胞的阳性信号明显强于其他区域肝细胞和正常肝细胞。结论ICH－1可能参与肝细胞的损伤过程。

In order to investigate the relationship between protease ICH-1 and chronic hepatitis B.Expression of ICH-1 was studied in chronic hepatitis B [14 cases of chronic persistent hepatitis (CPH)and 19 cases of chronic active hapatis (CAH)by immumohistochemistry method. The results showed that ICH-1 expression increased in CPH and CAH than tha in normal liver specimens,but positive rate was not significant between them. More Expression of ICH-1 distributed in the necrotic regions was higher than that in other regions and normal liver. It suggested that ICH-1 may be involved in the injury course of hepatocyte.
