慢性丙型肝炎患者肝组织中HCV-RNA和HCV、NS_3抗原的研究

Hepatitis C Virus RNA and NS_3 Antigen in the Liver Tissue From the Patients with Chronic Viral Hepatitis C

为了研究丙型肝炎的发病机理应用原位杂交和免疫级化方法检测了38例慢性肝炎患者肝内HCV－RNA和HCV、NS3。11例丙型肝炎患者肝细胞中8例HCV－RNA阳性，6例HCV、NS3阳性；17例乙、丙肝重叠感染者7例阳性；10例慢性乙肝患者中求发现阳性结果。肝内HCV－RNA和HCV、NS3阳性与否同肝组织学病理改变的严重性无关。结果表明HCV可能无直接致病作用。

To study of the pathogenesis of choronic viral hepatitis C,HCV- RNA and its NS3 antigen (HCV. NS3)in the liver from 38 of chronic viral hepatitis patients detected by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry staining. The results showed that there were 8 cases with HCV- RNA positive and 6 with HCV. NS3 positive in 11 patients of chronic hepatitis C,HCV- RNA and/or HCV.NS3 positive in 7 of 17 patients with HBV ana HCV coinfection. No positive signal was got in 10 patients with chronic hepatitis B. The severity of liver pathology was not showed significant difference between the patients with and without HCV- RNA and HCV. NS3 in the liver. It indicats that it is impossible for HCV to damage hepatocytes directly.
