新疆和布克赛尔县首次发现黄兔尾鼠感染多房棘球蚴 被引量:2

The first notes on the metacestode of Echinococcus multilocularis in Lagurus luteus Eversmann from the Hobukser Mongolian Autonomous County, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region

摘要 目的调查塔城地区和布克赛尔县境内国营牧场秋季荒漠草原黄兔尾鼠(Lagurus luteus Eversmann)的数量及是否感染多房棘球蚴。方法2009年9月24—28日,采用洞口系数法调查鼠密度,用中号板夹捕获鼠类。对捕获的黄兔尾鼠进行解剖,检查是否感染棘球蚴,解剖后用肉眼观察肝脏和脾脏感染棘球蚴状况。结果黄兔尾鼠密度为103.68只/hm2(1hm2=10000m2),共捕获野生黄兔尾鼠28只,解剖发现1只自然感染棘球蚴,切片和染色观察其具有囊泡结构、成熟的原头节、角质层和生发层,病原学鉴定为多房棘球蚴,感染率为3.57%。结论黄兔尾鼠体内查获的多房棘球蚴为该绦虫中间宿主的首次发现。 Objective A quantitative surveillance of Lagurus luteus Eversmann was carried out on 24- 28 September 2009,to ascertain the presence or absence of the infection of metacestode of Echinocccus multilocularis in the desert steppe of the state livestock farms on Hobukser Mongolian Autonomous county, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Methods The quantitative survey on the rodents was carried out with caving open coefficient method. The rodents were captured by medium-sized rattrap. The captured Lagurus luteus were dissected and observed macroscopically for the metacestode of Echinococcus mutilocularis in liver, spleen and abdominal cavity. Results The density of Lagurus luteus is 103.68/hm2 ( 1 hm2 = 10 000 m2 ). in the desert steppe. Total of 28 Lagurus luteus was captured and autopsied among them one was infected with metacestode of Echinococcus mutilocularis. The liver section showed characteristic alveolar cyst construction and matured protoseoleces,laminated, germinal layers and confirmed as naturally infection of metacestode of Echinococcus multilocularis. The infection rate was 3.57%. Conclusion This is the first finding of the Lagurus luteus as the intermediate host for Echinococcus multilocularis in China.
