氟桂利嗪联合高压氧治疗儿童偏头痛45例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 45 Children with Migraine by Treatment of Flunarizine Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen

目的:探讨氟桂利嗪联合高压氧治疗儿童偏头痛的疗效。方法:120例偏头痛患儿随机分为高压氧组、氟桂利嗪组和联合治疗组(45例),对比分析各组间的有效率。结果:有效率:联合治疗组(91.1%)高于高压氧组(71.1%)和氟桂利嗪组(75.7%),差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:高压氧联合氟桂利嗪是治疗儿童偏头痛的理想方法之一。

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of Flunarizine combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of migraine in children.Methods：One hundred and twenty children with migraine were randomly divided into three groups：hyperbaric oxygen group,Flunarizine group and Flunarizine plus hyperbaric oxygen group.The responder rates were studied in the groups.Results：The total of efficiency in the combination group（91.1%）was significantly higher than that in the hyperbaric oxygen group（71.1%）and that in the Flunarizine group（75.7%）（P0.05）.Conclusion：It is one of all effective method that Flunarizine combing hyperbaric oxygen to treat for migraine in children.
