摘要
目的:观察甲钴胺对糖尿病(DM)大鼠神经保护作用,探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:专选取60只健康Wistar大鼠,正常对照组(NG)20只,其余40只以链脲佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射建立糖尿病大鼠模型。将DM大鼠随机分为糖尿病对照组(3M)20只,糖尿病甲钴胺治疗组(DMC)20只。2组控制血糖方法相同,8周后2组分别给予生理盐水、甲钴胺(1OOug/kg)隔日臀大肌肌注1次,连续4周,观察其坐骨神经传导速度(SNCV、MNCV)、cAMP、cGMP含量的影响及病理改变。结果:甲钴胺治疗组大鼠神经病变坐骨神经的传导速度明显提高,坐骨神经cAMP、cGMP含量明显增加。结论:甲钴胺对糖尿病大鼠神经功能有明显保护作用。
Objective:To research the effects of Mecobalamin injection on function and structure of sciatic nerve in diabetic rats.Methods:Included were 3 groups of Wistar rats:normal control(11=20),Mecobalam Injection treated diabetic rats(n=20)and dietic rats without Mecobalamin injection treatment(n=20).Diabetic rats were treated with 100ug/kg mecobalamin injection,then after 4 weeks of treatment,the nerve conduction velocity and the cAMP and cGMP amount in the nerve were measured.Results:Mecobalamin iniection was able to decreased blood and plasma viscosity,improvenerve conduction velocity and the cAMP and cGMP amount in the nerve of mecobalamin treament group were increased significantly(P0.01).Conclusion:Mecobalamin injection improves the functionhave in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in DPN rats.
