摘要
研究聚合物共混比、填料品种和用量以及软化剂用量对高全同聚丁烯(iPB)/聚烯烃弹性体(POE)共混物性能的影响。结果表明:当iPB/POE共混比为40/60时,共混物的性能较好;POE的加入破坏了iPB原有结晶,使共混物具有较好的弹性;当加入30份活化白炭黑和12份液体石蜡时,对iPB/POE共混物的改性效果较为明显。
The influence of iPB/POE blending ratio,filler type and addition amount,and softener level on the properties of iPB/POE TPE was investigated.The results showed that,as the blending ratio of iPB/POE was 40/60,the better properties was obtained,and the original crystal structure of iPB were disrupted by POE.In the blend,30 phr activated silica and 12 phr liquid paraffin were recom-mended.
