对背伸位固定治疗Colles骨折的新认识

The New Understanding of the Fixation of Wrist in Extended Position for the Treatment of Colles' Fracture

目的探讨Ｃｏｌｅｓ骨折的治疗方法。方法采用腕关节背伸位固定治疗Ｃｏｌｅｓ骨折１００例。结果其中有移位的７２例获得平均１１个月的随访，全部获得骨性愈合。根据腕关节运动功能综合评定，优５５例，良１１例，差６例，结论腕关节背伸位固定可以维持良好的骨折整复固定位置，获得最佳的功能恢复效果。

Objective To study the therapeutic method for Colles' fracture.Method 100 cases of Colles' fracture were treated with plaster fixation of wrist in extended position.Result Followed up for 11 months in average,72 cases with displaced fragments were achieved bony union.The comprehensive evaluation of the wrist function for indicated that there were 55 cases in excellent grade,11 cases good,and 6 cases bad.Conclusion The fixation of wrist in extended position may maintain the fragments in the position of reduction and achieve the best functional recovery.
